3. Our Contract with You
Order acceptance process:
To enter a contract with us:
  1. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Check out as a guest or log in/register an account.
  3. Provide your delivery address and email (if checking out as a guest).
  4. Choose your payment method and confirm your order.
  5. Complete payment via our secure payment providers.
  6. Receive an order acknowledgment email.
  7. We will either send a confirmation email (completing the contract) or inform you if we cannot fulfill your order.

Input errors:
You can review and correct order details before finalizing payment.

If we cannot accept your order:
We will notify you and will not charge you. Common reasons for refusal:

Delivery costs:
  • Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery within Mainland, United Kingdom.
  • Orders below £30 incur a £4.00 delivery charge.

Delivery process:
  • Standard delivery is used for all orders.
  • Small items are sent via post, larger items via courier.
  • You will be notified of your delivery method upon order confirmation.

Tracking and receiving deliveries:
  • Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
  • Courier deliveries require an in-person signature.
  • If delivery fails twice, instructions for collection will be provided.

Delivery delays:
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If an extended delay occurs, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Look for the Symbol: All our electrical products and batteries feature the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. This serves as a reminder to NOT dispose of electrical items in household waste.

⚠ Do not discard electrical equipment, especially those marked with this symbol, in your bin.

Where to Recycle: Recycling your electrical items is simple! You can take your unwanted electronic devices to a local recycling point free of charge.

To find the nearest recycling centre, visit the  Recycle Your Electricals  website and enter your postcode.

Help protect the environment by ensuring that all Dustro packaging is disposed of properly. Across the UK, plastic and paper recycling facilities are widely available through:

  • Local authority household collections
  • Public recycling bins
  • Civic amenity sites

Where to Recycle:To find your nearest packaging recycling point, visit the  Recycle Now  website and enter your postcode.

What Does the Green Dot Symbol Mean?
The Green Dot logo on packaging indicates that the manufacturer contributes to the cost of recovering and recycling packaging materials. However, **it does not mean that the product or its packaging is necessarily recyclable.
