Need it sooner? Choose our Premium Next Business Day Delivery option at checkout for faster service on orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday).

What to Expect:

• Delivered by DPD or DHL
• 3-hour delivery window provided on the day of delivery
• Orders shipped Monday to Friday (Saturday delivery available on request – additional charge applies)
• You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched

We deliver UK-wide. Please note: deliveries to non-mainland addresses (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man) may take slightly longer.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind?

Under UK law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it (Consumer Contracts Regulations). Simply email us at info@dustro.co.uk to begin your return.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• Safely packaged for transit

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed – in which case, we’ll cover the return cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers faults in materials or workmanship but does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper use or installation
• Unauthorised repairs or alterations

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.
